Question 1

Can we resell your work under our own brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That is what this service is for. We work in your queue so your clients deal with you.

Question 2

What do tier 1 and tier 3 cover?

Accepted Answer

Tier 1 is first contact: logging, triage, and the everyday fixes. Tier 3 is senior engineering: cloud, identity, networking, security, and projects. Your team keeps the work in between if you want it.

Question 3

What are your wholesale rates?

Accepted Answer

We do not publish them, because they depend on the mix of work and how we split the queue with your team. Talk to us and we will put a number on it.

Question 4

Will you approach our clients directly?

Accepted Answer

No. Your clients are your clients.
